(Rich Rent A Car Terms & Conditions)

제1조 (목적 / Purpose)

이 약관은 리치렌트카(이하 “회사”)와 차량을 임차하는 고객(이하 “고객”) 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

These Terms & Conditions set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Rich Rent A Car (the “Company”) and the renter (the “Customer”).

제2조 (계약 성립 / Rental Agreement)

고객은 계약서에 명시된 임대 기간 동안 차량을 사용할 권리를 가집니다.

계약 기간, 요금, 보험, 기타 조건은 계약서 및 본 약관을 따릅니다.

고객은 계약서 및 본 약관을 준수해야 합니다.

The Customer is entitled to use the vehicle for the rental period specified in the agreement. The rental period, fees, insurance, and other conditions shall follow the contract and these Terms & Conditions.

제3조 (운전자 자격 / Driver Eligibility)

고객은 만 21세 이상이어야 하며, 유효한 운전면허증을 소지하고, 3년 이상의 운전경력을 보유해야 합니다.

국제운전면허 또는 영어 표기 운전면허가 요구될 수 있습니다.

계약자 외 제3자가 운전할 경우 사전 승인이 필요하며, 미승인 운전자 운행 시 보험 적용이 제외됩니다.

The driver must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have at least three (3) years of driving experience. An international driver’s license or an English-translated license may be required. Any driver other than the contract holder must be pre-approved; unauthorized drivers are not covered by insurance.

제4조 (요금 및 결제 / Rental Fees & Payment)

고객은 임대료, 보험료, 추가 서비스 요금을 계약서에 따라 지불해야 합니다.

본인은 계약 시 제시한 신용카드로 모든 비용을 청구·결제하는 것에 동의합니다.

카드 결제가 취소되거나 제3자가 이의를 제기하여 무효화되더라도 고객은 통지 받은 날로부터 3영업일 이내 동일 금액을 다른 결제수단으로 지불해야 합니다.

본인이 아닌 타인의 신용카드를 제시하거나 사용할 경우에도 모든 법적·재정적 책임은 고객 본인에게 있습니다.

The Customer shall pay rental fees, insurance, and any additional service charges. All payments shall be charged to the designated credit card. If a payment is declined, reversed, or disputed, the Customer remains fully liable and must immediately pay by another method. If a card not belonging to the Customer is used, the Customer assumes full legal and financial responsibility.

제5조 (보증금 및 신용카드 예치 / Security Deposit & Credit Card Authorization)

모든 고객은 차량 임대 시 유효한 신용카드를 제시하고, 회사가 정한 금액을 보증금(Pre-Authorization)으로 예치하거나 카드정보를 확인·등록해야 합니다.

보증금(또는 카드정보)은 임대료, 반납 지연 비용, 차량 손해·손실, 연료비, 벌금 및 계약 위반 사항에 대한 담보로 사용될 수 있습니다.

회사는 차량 반납 후 확인 절차에 따라 발생한 비용을 해당 카드로 청구·결제할 수 있습니다.

카드 결제가 취소되거나 차지백(Chargeback)이 발생하더라도 고객은 통지 받은 날로부터 3영업일 이내 동일 금액을 다른 결제수단으로 지불해야 합니다.

All customers must present a valid credit card at the time of rental and provide a security deposit (Pre-Authorization) or have their card information recorded by the Company. The deposit (or card on file) may be used to cover rental fees, late return charges, damages, fuel costs, fines, and any breach of contract. Upon vehicle return, the Company may charge applicable costs to the card. Even if the card charge is declined, reversed, or disputed (chargeback), the Customer remains fully liable and must immediately settle the same amount by another method of payment.

제6조 (보험 및 면책 / Insurance & Liability)

모든 차량에는 기본 종합보험(CDW: Collision Damage Waiver)이 가입되어 있으며, 고객은 선택에 따라 Zero Damage Waiver(ZDC), Super Zero Damage Waiver(SZDC) 등의 추가 보험에 가입할 수 있습니다.

보험 적용 범위, 보장 한도, 면책금 및 제외 사항 등 구체적인 내용은 계약서 및 기타 안내에 따릅니다.

고객이 계약 조건을 위반하거나 무단 운전, 음주·약물 운전, 사고 직후 미신고 등 보험 적용 제외 사유에 해당할 경우, 모든 손해 및 비용은 고객이 부담합니다.

보험 적용을 위해서는 경찰 사고보고서 발급(수수료 별도)이 필수이며, 보고서 미발급 시 보험이 적용되지 않습니다.

All vehicles are covered under the Standard Comprehensive Insurance (CDW). Customers may optionally purchase additional coverage such as Zero Damage Waiver (ZDC) or Super Zero Damage Waiver (SZDC). The scope of coverage, policy limits, deductibles, and exclusions are detailed in the rental agreement and other applicable notices. If the Customer violates the rental agreement (e.g., unauthorized drivers, DUI, failure to report an accident), insurance coverage will not apply, and the Customer will be fully liable. A police accident report (fee applies) is mandatory for coverage.

제7조 (차량 사용 및 고객 책임 / Use of Vehicle & Customer Responsibility)

고객은 차량을 선량한 관리자의 주의의무로 사용해야 합니다.

고객은 차량의 손해, 도난, 분실, 반납 지연, 계약 위반 등으로 발생하는 모든 비용을 부담합니다.

차량 내 분실물, 개인 물품에 대해서 회사는 책임지지 않습니다.

회사는 차량 내 애완동물 동반을 금지하며, 위반 시 차량 오염 여부와 관계없이 USD $500의 디테일링 비용이 청구됩니다.

고객은 차량 손상, 위약, 범칙금 등 임대와 관련하여 회사와 현장에서 합의·정산한 금액에 대하여, 해당 정산이 완료된 이후에는 본 건에 대해 추가 이의를 제기하지 않습니다.

차량 운행 중 발생한 교통·주차 위반에 따른 범칙금·과태료는 최소 USD $500을 선결제하며, 실제 비용 확정 후 추가 청구 또는 환불이 이루어집니다. 법원 출장비(USD $50부터) 및 기타 행정·서비스 출장비는 실비로 별도 청구됩니다.

The Customer must operate the vehicle with due care. The Customer is liable for all costs arising from damages, theft, loss, late returns, or contract breaches. The Company is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Pets are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. In the event of violation, a detailing fee of USD $500 will be charged regardless of whether visible contamination is present. Once any damage, violation, penalty, or related charges have been mutually settled and paid on-site, the Customer agrees that such settlement shall be final and will not raise further claims or disputes regarding the matter.

For any traffic or parking violations, the Customer shall pay a minimum prepayment of USD $500, with final reconciliation (additional charges or refund) based on actual costs. Court appearance fees (from USD $50) and other administrative/service costs will be billed at actual expense.

제8조 (차량 반납 / Vehicle Return)

고객은 계약된 일시·장소에 차량을 반납해야 합니다.

반납 지연 시 추가 요금이 부과됩니다.

연료는 차량 인수 시와 동일 수준으로 반납해야 하며, 부족 시 실제 비용이 청구됩니다.

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed date, time, and location. Late returns will incur charges. Fuel must be refilled to the same level as at pick-up; otherwise, refueling costs will be charged.

제9조 (고객 진술 및 책임 / Customer Representations & Liability)

고객은 본 계약 체결 시 제공하는 모든 정보(운전면허, 운전경력, 결제정보 등)가 사실임을 보증합니다.

고객이 운전자 자격을 충족하지 않았거나 허위로 정보를 기재한 경우, 그로 인해 발생하는 모든 법적·재정적 책임은 전적으로 고객 본인에게 있으며, 회사는 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.

The Customer represents and warrants that all information provided at the time of contract (including driver’s license, driving experience, and payment details) is true and accurate. If the Customer fails to meet eligibility requirements or provides false information, the Customer assumes full legal and financial responsibility, and the Company shall bear no liability.
